She began her modeling career by participating in beauty pageants. She participated in the Campus Princess 2016 beauty pageant, which was organized by the Miss India Organization to search for participants for the Femina Miss India and Miss Diva pageants. She then appeared in several TV and print commercials, such as Coca-Cola, Paytm, and Big Bazaar.
Medha Shankr made her acting debut in 2019 with the British series “Beecham House,” in which she played Mughal princess Roshanara, which streamed on Netflix. In 2021, she made her film debut as 17-year-old Arshi in the musical drama film “Shaadisthan,” released on Disney+Hotstar.
