Pincky Balhara Career
Pincky began her judo training at the age of nine. She competed at both national and international levels, winning medals in judo before successfully transitioning to kurash. In 2018, she won a gold medal at the Asian Junior Judo Championships and secured a spot in India’s kurash team for the Asian Games.
At the 2018 Asian Games in Jakarta, Pincky reached the final of the women’s 52kg kurash event and won the silver medal after losing to Uzbekistan’s Gulnor Sulaymanova. With this achievement, she became one of India’s first Asian Games medalists in the sport.
