Vardhan Puri is an Indian actor who primarily works in Hindi films. He is known as the grandson of famous Bollywood actor Amrish Puri. He made his Bollywood acting debut in 2019 with the film ‘Yeh Saali Aashiqui’. He subsequently starred in films such as Dashmi (2024), Bloody Ishq (2024), and Bobby Aur Rishi Ki Luv Story (2025).
Before acting, he also worked as an assistant director on films such as Ishaqzaade (2012), Shuddh Desi Romance (2013), and Daawat-e-Ishq (2014). He will next be seen in the film ‘Nautanki’, directed by Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri, alongside Anupam Kher and Satish Kaushik.

He started working as a theatre artist during his college days. He began training in theatre and acting at the age of five under National Award-winning actor, filmmaker, and writer Satyadev Dubey. Satyedev Dubey is also Amrish Puri’s mentor. He has also been trained by Athar Nawaz, Neeraj Kabi, Vidur Chaturvedi, Faizah Jalali, and Mujeeb Khan. He has acted in over nine plays.

Vardhan Puri Career
He started his career in 2012 as an assistant director in the film ‘Ishaqzaade’ starring Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra. He also worked as an assistant director in ‘Shuddh Desi Romance’ and ‘Dawat-e-Ishq’.
He made his Bollywood acting debut in 2019 with the dual role of Sahil Mehra and Surya Mehra in the film ‘Yeh Saali Aashiqui’, in which he acted opposite Shivaleeka Oberoi. His performance in this film received a lot of praise and he also got a nomination for the Filmfare Awards for Best Supporting Actor.
