Prerna Arora is an Indian film producer and director known for hit films like Rustom, Toilet: Ek Prem Katha, Padman and Fanney Khan. She co-founded KriArj Entertainment with her father Virendra Arora, which shut down in 2018 and later founded Mandira Entertainment.
She came into the limelight in 2022 when she was accused by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in a money laundering case of Rs 31 crore. In 2018, she was arrested on charges of fraud of Rs crore and was also jailed. After her comeback, she focused on her career and worked on projects like Jatadhara (2025) and Rosie: The Saffron Chapter (2026).
