Nimrat Kaur started her career with modeling. She also worked as a theater artist. Nimrat was launched in 2004 in Kumar Sanu‘s song Tera Mera Pyar and Shreya Ghoshal‘s song Yeh Kya Hua directed by Apurva Asrani. She has also worked in television advertisements. She became famous in India with the Dairy Milk Silk advertisement in 2013.
