Neha Kakkar is an Indian famous singer. She has sung songs for many Bollywood films and music videos and has also acted in music videos. She started her career in 2005 as a contestant in the singing reality show Indian Idol Season 2. Her first album Neha the Rock Star was launched in 2008.
She has worked in many hit songs like Second Hand Jawaani from Cocktail, Sunny Sunny from Yaariyan, Manali Trance from The Shaukeen, London Thumakda from Queen, Dilbar from Satyameva Jayate.

Neha Kakkar was born on 6 June 1988 in Rishikesh. she is 36 years old. When Neha was 4 years old, she started singing bhajans in religious events with her sister and brother. At an early age, Neha moved to Delhi to try her luck in singing. There she received her education from New Holly Public School.
In 2004, she moved to Mumbai with her brother Tony Kakkar. When she was in 11th class, she participated as a contestant in the Hindi reality TV show Indian Idol season 2 in 2005.

Neha Kakkar grew up in Rishikesh and Delhi. Her father is Jai Kakkar and mother is Kamlesh Kakkar. Her father used to sell samosas in Delhi. Due to which he shifted from Rishikesh to Delhi. Neha Kakkar Career
Neha Kakkar has given many super hit songs in her career. She launched her first music album Neha The Rock Star in 2008 with music by Meet Brother. After this she sang the song ‘Hai Rama’ from the film Meerabai Not Out with Sukhwinder Singh. In 2009 she also appeared in the theme song of Blue composed by AR Rahman. She sang the title track of the television daily soap “Na Aana Is Des Laado” in her melodious voice.
In 2012, Neha Kakkar paid tribute to actor Shahrukh Khan and released the SRK anthem on YouTube. In 2014, the song Yaariyan with Yo Yo Honey Singh and Manali Trance from The Shaukeens got her a special recognition.
