Roosh Sindhu began her career in television advertising at the young age. She won the title of Clean & Clear Miss Fresh Face 2015 powered by Times of India. In 2019, she was selected as a student designer at New York Fashion Week. She has worked as an NCC Sergeant and has also worked in international marketing.
In 2024, she was crowned ‘Miss Universe Gujarat’. She then represented the state at the ‘Miss Universe India 2024 pageant’ held in Jaipur on September 22nd, but did not make it to the final round. During the pageant, she won the titles of Miss Beautiful Skin and Best Personal Interview.
On June 20, 2025, she participated in the ‘Miss Universe India 2025’ competition as a wildcard entry during the final auditions held in Delhi.
