Pradhyumna Singh Rathod Career
Pradhyumna Singh Rathod began his sporting journey with swimming and later played water polo. His interest in canoeing was sparked when his father took him to watch the sport. Drawn to the speed and challenge of white-water canoeing, he decided to pursue it competitively.
As a junior athlete, he achieved impressive results in canoe slalom. He won the gold medal in the men’s U-18 K-1 event at the 5th Khelo India Youth Games held in Maheshwar, Madhya Pradesh, in February 2023. He also secured a bronze medal at the 2022 Senior Nationals.
