Meezaan Jafri is an Indian actor who works mainly in Bollywood. He is known for being the son of famous actor Javed Jafri and grandson of comedian Jagdeep. He started his acting career in 2019 with the role of Shiva More in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film “Malaal” in which his performance was praised. He appeared in the lead role of Akash Kapoor in the comedy film “Hungama 2” in 2021.
After this, Meezaan Jafri has acted in many films like “Yaariyan 2” (2023), “The Miranda Brothers” (2024) and “Nadaaniyan” (2025). Before acting, he also has worked as an assistant director in Bajirao Mastani, Padmaavat and Gangubai Kathiawadi.

Meezaan Jafri Career
Meezaan Jafri started his acting career with the role of Shiva Morey in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s film “Malaal” in which he acted opposite actress Sharmin Sehgal. For this film, he also received a nomination for the Filmfare Award for Best Debut Actor Male.
Before acting, he worked as an assistant director for the films “Bajirao Mastani” (2015) and “Padmaavat”(2019). He also worked as Ranveer Singh‘s body double in “Padmaavat”. In 2021, he appeared in the lead role of Akash Kapoor in the comedy film “Hungama 2” which was released on Disney + Hotstar.
He also worked as an assistant director in the Alia Bhatt starrer “Gangubai Kathiawadi” in 2022. In 2023, he appeared in the role of Shikhar Randhawa in “Yaariyan 2”, which failed at the box office. After this, he has also appeared in “The Miranda Brothers” (2024) and “Nadaaniyan” (2025).
