Athiya Shetty is an Indian actress who works in Hindi films. She is the daughter of famous actors Suniel Shetty and Mana Shetty. She started her career in 2015 with the film Hero in which she acted opposite Aditya Pancholi. Apart from this, she has appeared in films like Mubarak (2017), Motichoor Chaknachoor (2019). She married cricketer K.L. Rahul on 23 January 2023 and On 8 November 2024, she announced her first pregnancy.

Athiya Shetty grew up in Mumbai. Her father is Bollywood’s famous actor Suniel Shetty and her mother Mana Shetty is a fashion designer and social worker. Her brother Ahaan Shetty is also an actor who made his Bollywood debut with the film Tadap.
She dated Aditya Bhandari, son of Vanita Bhandari, director of Dubs Business Center. After dating for three years, they separated in February 2018. But they did not confirm their relationship and called it a rumor. After this, her name was also linked with Hollywood’s famous rapper Drake.

Athiya Shetty Career
Athiya Shetty started her Bollywood career with the Nikhil Advani directed film Hero which was a remake of the 1983 classic film Hero. She starred opposite Aditya Pancholi in the film. The film was produced by Salman Khan and grossed 34.82 crores.
In 2017, she appeared in Anees Bazmee’s romantic film Mubarakan alongside Anil Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, and Ileana D’Cruz. The film was a box office hit. It grossed 93.59 crores.
In 2018, Athiya Shetty made a special appearance in the song “Tere Naal Nchna” from the film Nawabzaade which was composed, written and sung by Badshah.
She then appeared in the 2019 comedy film Motichoor Chaknachoor opposite Nawazuddin Siddiqui. She played the role of Anita Awasthi in the film. The film received mixed reviews.
