After completing his college education, Kushal Tanwar began working as a freelance event manager in Jaipur, Rajasthan, in October 2019—a role he held until 2020. In June 2020, he started a café business in Gurugram, Haryana, but shut it down just a few months later, in November 2020.
From February 2021 to May 2021, he worked as an intern at the Radisson Hotel Gurugram Sohna Road City Center. Subsequently, in February 2022, he joined ‘Night Rider Junction’ as an Assistant Manager and held the position until May 2022. In June 2022, he worked as a Service Expert at ‘Praxis Services Private Limited’ in Gurugram.
