Abdul Azim Badakhshi began his career with kickboxing and Boxing. Subsequently, he participated in professional Wushu competitions. He joined the Afghanistan national team and represented the country in numerous international events. In 2013, he ventured into Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and soon achieved significant success in various competitions. He has competed in several global organizations, including the Super Fight League (SFL), AFC – Afghanistan Fighting Championship and ACB 86 in Moscow.
At MFN in 2023, he knocked out Korea’s Hae-Jin Park in just 18 seconds—one of the fastest knockouts in Indian MMA history; known for his knockout power, he is referred to as “Afghanistan’s Knockout Man.” With a professional record of 14 wins and 4 losses, the majority of his victories have come via knockout.
